• CCS: More than 4 kWh
• Type 2 or CHAdeMO: More than 2 kWh

Free charging sessions are capped at a maximum value of $50 and are issued as a coupon to the customer’s Zero account. Coupons must be redeemed before expiry (on 31/12/2026).
